GARAGE PARKING RULES
Claiming Your PassOnce you successfully register to park in the airport garage, you will be notified by phone about how and when to claim your parking pass. You will then be able to claim your pass at the administrative offices of the Kenton County Airport Board on the 2nd level of Terminal 1. To claim your pass you must:
- Show a valid CVG airport ID badge or (for Delta flight crew members) a Delta corporate badge
- Provide vehicle information, including: year, make, model, color, license number and registration number. Each employee can register up to two vehicles.
- Pay $50 for the first month's parking and a non-refundable fee of $10 for the parking card. Acceptable methods of payment include personal check, cashier check or money order.
- Sign a form agreeing to comply with all rules and regulations.
NOTE: Those who do not claim their pass at the designated time risk forfeiting their pass to someone on the waiting list.
Parking Instructions
Once you complete the above steps, a Kenton County Airport Board representative will issue you a parking access card and a parking hanger, which must be displayed from your rearview mirror whenever you park in the garage.
Your access card will be activated on the first day of the designated month allowing you to begin parking in the Terminal 1 garage and in the designated areas of the Terminal 2 garage on levels 2 and 3 only. There are no approved/designated spaces on any level of the Terminal 3 garage.
Standard Parking and the Airport Police will be monitoring the garage to ensure that employees park in the designated areas only. Employees not adhering to the rules and payment instructions will be eliminated from this program with no refunds and no reinstatements.
KCAB reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.
Monthly Renewal
Acceptable forms of payment include check, certified check or money order. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment. After the initial sign-up, you will need to renew your pass monthly. Payments of $50 are due by the 15th of each month in order to renew your pass for the upcoming month.
You can place your payment in the secure drop-off box located at the Terminal 2 entrance, far right lane, or mail payments to the:

All mail must be postmarked by the 15th of each month. Payment should be made to the Kenton County Airport Board. Bad checks automatically terminate participants from the program.
