No bids shall be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on November 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. EST in the Board Room of the Kenton County Airport Board located on the Second Floor of Terminal 1 at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
