MONTHLY GARAGE PARKINGIf you have successfully registered for employee parking in the Terminal Garage, please be aware that it may take up to six months for entry, due to a high volume of interest and limited space.
Claiming Your Pass
You will be notified once space becomes available and instructed where to go to get your pass. To claim your pass you will need to:
- Present a valid CVG ID badge
- Provide vehicle information including: year, make, model, color and license number (for up to 2 vehicles)
- Provide a check for the first month's payment plus a $10 non-refundable fee for the parking card
Note: Those who do not claim their parking pass may forfeit their spot.
Parking Card and Hanger — A parking pass and hanger will be assigned for your use only. The hangar must be displayed from your rearview mirror when in the Garage.
Entering and Exiting — The designated entrance, exit and parking area is at the far west end of the Garage on the ground level. You may also park on the 2nd level, west side of Terminal 2. Parking outside the designated area is grounds for termination from the program.
Length of Stay — Vehicles parked longer than 30 days are subject to removal.
Payments of $75 are due by the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. Those opting for automatic credit card payment receive a $10 discount ($65 monthly).
Other forms of payment include check, money order or direct pay through your bank.
Make checks payable to KCAB. Checks received via direct bill pay should include your name.
