EMPLOYEE RULES
Free Remote ParkingEmployees are required to swipe their valid CVG ID badge to enter and exit the employee lot on Donaldson Road. Vehicles are not permitted to park longer than 60 days in the employee remote lot. Vehicles parked longer than allotted time will be subject to removal. No oversized or recreational vehicles are permitted in this lot. Any oversized or recreational vehicle parked in this lot will be subject to immediate impoundment without notification.
$5 Daily Garage Parking
Employees are required to swipe their CVG ID badge, enter their PIN and take a $5 per day gold ticket at the Terminal 2 entrance marked “Employee Day Rate.” Park any where and exit at the Terminal 3 main exit plaza. Motor vehicles shall not be permitted to park longer than 30 days in the garage. Vehicles parked longer than allotted time will be subject to removal.
Monthly Garage Parking
Active employees holding a CVG ID badge are eligible for $50 monthly parking. Upon entry into the program, an access card is issued enabling entrance and exit via electronic card readers. Parking is restricted to designated areas located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Payments are due by the 15th of each month and are paid one month in advance (i.e. payment for the month of June is May 15). Payments dropped off or received after the 15th will be subject to a $20 late fee. Non-payment will result in removal from the program. Motor vehicles shall not be permitted to park longer than 30 days in the garage. Vehicles parked longer than allotted time will be subject to removal.
Removal Procedures
Standard Parking or its successor (the Parking Manager”) shall monitor and detect motor vehicles that have been parked in excess of the permitted time period in all parking facilities. If a motor vehicle has been parked more than 30 days in the short term (Autoport garage) parking lot or more than 60 days in the Employee Parking lots, the Parking Manager shall immediately contact the Airport Police Department and shall provide the Airport Police Department with the make, model, license number, vehicle identification number and the location for the motor vehicle. The Airport Police Department shall provide the Parking Manager with the name and address of the registered owner of the motor vehicle. If the vehicle is determined to be stolen, or regarding a wanted or missing person, the Parking Manager shall comply with the directives of the Airport Police Department regarding the removal and impoundment of any such motor vehicle.
Provided the motor vehicle is not stolen or regarding a wanted or missing person, the Parking Manager shall promptly send a notice by certified mail to the registered owner stating that the motor vehicle has been parked in excess of the permitted time period and that the Parking Manager shall cause the motor vehicle to be removed within 30 days of the date of the notice unless within said period the registered owner makes arrangements for the payment of any outstanding parking fees and the removal of the motor vehicle. The notice shall simultaneously be delivered to the Parking & Ground Transportation Department of the Kenton County Airport Board.
The Parking Manager shall contact the towing company for the purpose of having a motor vehicle removed and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and ordinances in connection with causing the motor vehicle to be removed from the Airport premises. All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner of the motor vehicle; without liability for damage or other cause to the Parking Manager or the Kenton County Airport Board.
