PICKUP--DROPOFF
The Cell Phone Lot provides a free waiting area for those arriving to pick up passengers from the terminals.- Pull into the lot as you enter the airport.
- Once your arriving passenger lands, make contact via cell phone.
- As passenger leaves baggage claim, you exit the lot to pick them up at their terminal. (It can take up to 30 minutes to exit the plane and retrieve luggage from baggage claim. Don't leave the lot too early.)
Remember: Security rules still apply. The curbs in front of the terminals are for active loading and unloading only. When picking up or dropping off passengers, never leave your vehicle unattended for any reason. Your car may be towed.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted to use the Cell Phone Lot to wait for passengers.
