Parking Advantage Rewards Program





Entering and Exiting

Advantage members enjoy VIP access in and out of AutoPort garage and ValuPark lot. To enter or exit, simply hold your Parking Advantage Card in front of the card reader (left) until the gate opens.

• ValuPark — The card readers for Advantage members are located in the far right lanes of both the entrance and exit plazas.

• AutoPort — Advantage members can use any Terminal 3 entrance lane. To exit the AutoPort garage, use lane 1 on the far left of the main exit plaza. For the Terminal 2 entrance, use the far right lane marked "All Cards."

Where to Park

Advantage members are free to park anywhere inside the Autoport garage. For added convenience, ValuPark offers Advantage members a reserved area that makes shuttle pick-up and drop-off a breeze. Once inside ValuPark, simply follow the signs for Advantage Members Only.

Gate Doesn't Open

Contact the customer service department at (859) 767-7400 for assistance or press the white intercom button located on the ticket dispenser adjacent to the card reader.

Sharing Parking Cards

Your CVG Parking Advantage card is non-transferable.

Receipts for Parking

CVG Parking Advantage will automatically email you a receipt each time you park. You can also access your account any time at cvgairport.com/rewards and print receipts.

Accessing Your Account

Go to cvgairport.com/rewards to sign into your account. From there you can update your account information and assign points for free parking.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can request a new one from the sign-in screen. Simply give your e-mail address along with your user name or last name. We will email a new password to you. If you forget your user name, e-mail us at park@cvgairport.com or call 859-767-7400 for assistance.

Lost Parking Card

Call 859-767-7400 or email park@cvgairport.com. Lost cards can be replaced for a fee of $10, which is charged to your credit card on file.

Earning Points for Free Parking

Advantage members earn one point for every dollar spent up to the daily maximum rate, which occurs at 5 1/2 hours in the AutoPort and 8 hours in ValuPark. At that point Advantage members are credited with a full day of parking and are awarded 20 points in the AutoPort or 10 points in ValuPark.

At this rate, Advantage members earn a free day in either the AutoPort garage or ValuPark lot after just 10 days of paid parking (see chart below).

• One paid day in AutoPort = 20 points
• One paid day in ValuPark = 10 points

• 200 points = 1 free day in AutoPort
• 100 points = 1 free day in ValuPark

You are free to use any of your points in either lot. Save your Autoport points for use in the ValuPark Lot and get 2 days of free parking after 10 days of paid parking.

Using Your Free Parking Points

As soon as you earn points for free parking you can use them at any time. To redeem points and park for free, sign in to your account online and click on your Rewards Tab. You can view your total points and assign any number of them for free parking. Your reward points will be automatically deducted from your account on the date(s) you select.

Note: If you later have to cancel your trip, it is important that you sign into your account and cancel the parking date(s) prior to your date of departure, otherwise the reward points will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you do not have enough points to cover the entire length of your stay, the remaining days will be billed to your credit card on file. If you have separate credit cards for business and personal expenses, be sure to have boths cards on file. Prior to traveling for leisure, log into your account and select your personal credit card as your primary card.

Expiration of Points

The points that you earn for free parking will expire two years from the date that they are earned if there is no activity on your account.

Combined Offers

Your parking advantage card and free parking points cannot be used in combination with any discount coupon or special offer.
