ACCESSIBILITY
WelcomeCVG is set up to serve the needs of all travelers. We offer the following information to familiarize you with the services and facilities that are available.
Parking
All parking facilities offer handicapped spaces. The garage next to the terminals offers accessible routes equipped with curb ramps. The ValuPark Long-Term Lot operates a free shuttle bus that is wheelchair accessible. For more information, call 859-767-3106 or email us.
Security
The TSA has specially designated lanes for persons with disabilities. To help expedite your passage through security, and for information on what items are allowed on the aircraft, visit the TSA online, call 1-855-787-2227 or send an email. It is best to call approximately 72 hours ahead of travel.
Mobility
The airlines are required to provide wheelchair assistance upon request. If wheelchair assistance is not provided, then the passenger may request to speak with the airline's Complaints Resolution Official. You can also contact the Dept. of Transportation's Aviation Consumer Protection Division at 800-778-4838, 1-800-455-9880 (TDD/TTY), or via email.
Elevators
Elevators with Braille signage and raised numbers are available in all terminals and parking garages.
Restrooms
Restrooms accessible to individuals with disabilities are located throughout the terminals. Companion Care Restrooms are also available near Gates A-11 and B-13 (after security).
Paging
The Airport has monitors throughout the terminals that visually convey information broadcast over the public address system. Callers wishing to page someone in the airport can call 859-767-3123.

For personal assistance at CVG, look for our Airport Ambassadors in the Terminal baggage claim area and in the center courtyard of Concourse B and in Concourse A.
International travelers find CVG especially easy to navigate because we are the only airport where ambassadors assist passengers in customs and immigration.
