For personal assistance at CVG, look for our Airport Ambassadors in the Terminal 3 baggage claim area and in the center courtyard of Concourse B. They also work the information booth in Concourse A.International travelers find CVG especially easy to navigate because we are the only airport where ambassadors assist passengers in customs and immigration.
