CVG Celebrates NASCAR with Special Race-Themed Displays

The Kentucky Speedway and ML Motorsports joined the Friends of CVG leading up to the Sprint Cup Race in July 2011. The Kentucky Speedway parked a pace car on the upper level of the Terminal, near the security checkpoint. ML Motorsports and its sponsor, Keen Parts, placed a Nationwide Series racecar on the lower baggage claim level (see images below). Those flying in for the race weekend also saw checkered flags at the airport entrance.
