Official Rules

By entering the Miles for a Milestone Giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Miles for a Milestone Giveaway is sponsored and administered by the Kenton County Airport Board, which operates Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) (“Sponsor”). Allegiant Air, LLC (“Allegiant”) is providing the travel vouchers awarded as the prize and is not responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner, or notifying the winner.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 30, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor and Allegiant, and their immediate family members and household members, are ineligible to enter.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official online entry form available on the CVG website during the Giveaway Period. Participants must provide all required information requested on the entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person will result in disqualification. Attempts to enter more than once, including through the use of multiple email addresses or identities, may result in disqualification. Entries generated by automated means or submitted through third parties are prohibited.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Incomplete, inaccurate, late, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) Allegiant travel vouchers, each valued at $250, for a total prize value of $500 (“Prize”).

The Prize is provided by Allegiant and is subject to the travel voucher restrictions outlined in these Official Rules and any applicable terms issued with the vouchers.

The Prize is nontransferable, may not be substituted, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law and any required approvals.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or December 1, 2026 and will be conducted by the Sponsor.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form within 24 hours after the drawing. The potential winner may be required to respond within 72 hours and provide information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and claim the Prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the specified deadline, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Travel Voucher Restrictions

The two $250 Allegiant travel vouchers are subject to the following restrictions:

Domestic travel only: The vouchers may be used only for eligible domestic flights within the United States.

Travel deadline: Travel must be booked and completed within one (1) year from the date the vouchers are issued.

Availability: Airfare is subject to availability. Seats may be limited and may not be available on all flights.

Additional costs: Any costs exceeding the value of the vouchers are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any unused portion of a voucher will be forfeited.

Nontransferability: Vouchers may not be transferred to another person, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Vouchers have no cash value.

Airline operations: Allegiant reserves the right to cancel flights, alter routes or flight times, and suspend air service without notice, subject to applicable law.

Additional terms or restrictions provided with the travel vouchers may apply. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable booking, ticketing, and travel requirements.

8. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize, as well as any other expenses not expressly included in the Prize. The winner may be required to provide information necessary for applicable tax reporting.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation. Any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Allegiant, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use of the Prize, or travel undertaken using the Prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical malfunctions; internet or website outages; unauthorized intervention; or other circumstances that may interfere with the administration of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the potential winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

Any sharing of entrant information with Allegiant for marketing purposes will be subject to a separate, clearly disclosed opt-in where applicable. Agreeing to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the Giveaway.
