Our Diversification
The airport, based in Kentucky and serving the Cincinnati region, throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and beyond, has grown as an airport, community partner, and business operation. As one of the nation's fastest growing airports, CVG is deeply committed to driving economic growth while continuing to elevate the CVG experience.
A Place for Everyone
CVG is on a mission to elevate and redefine the role of an airport. To achieve this mission, we strive to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive airport community for the millions of passengers we welcome each year; the more than 16,000 individuals employed on our campus; and the hundreds of partners we do business with. We are committed to hiring a diverse workforce representative of the passengers we serve. We are also committed to providing programming, experiences, and opportunities that engage the community, celebrate differences, and offer more perspective to those with whom we interact. We believe our values of trust, respect, transparency, and safety lead us to a culture of belonging, thus adding value for everyone. Our airport is a place for everyone.
