How to get to the CVG Rental Car Center

The Rental Car Center is part of the CVG Terminal - no need to get on a shuttle. Rental car pick up or drop off will take place in the Rental Car Center just steps away from Baggage Claim.

FLYING

Rental cars are accessible by walking from baggage claim - no shuttles needed. Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal.

LOCAL AND NOT FLYING

Customers being dropped off at the curb: Travel to CVG Airport, follow signs for Arrivals/baggage claim to the front curb of the CVG Terminal. Get dropped off on curbside of Arrivals/baggage claim level. Enter the Terminal, turn right and follow signage for Ground Transport West to get to the Rental Car Center.
Customers who need to park personal vehicle before getting a rental car: There is no parking for personal vehicles at the rental car center. Utilize one of the CVG parking options for parking of your personal vehicle, then walk or shuttle to Ground Transport West based on parking option chosen. The Rental Car Center is located in the terminal next to Ground Transport West.

Rental car counters are located on the first floor down from CVG Baggage Claim.
For any rental car customers who have use levels that allow them to head straight to the vehicles, rental car brands are located on the following levels of the CVG Airport Rental Car Center:

Floor 4: Avis, Budget, Payless, Sixt
Floor 3: Enterprise, National, Alamo
Floor 2: Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty
