Upon arrival at the airport, wheelchair assistance may be requested at no additional charge through Bags, Inc. Located on the first floor of the Rental Car Center, Bags, Inc. can be contacted by calling 1-513-607-3218. An attendant will meet you with a wheelchair at any level of the Rental Car Center within the Terminal building.

If you are driving yourself, you may park in one of the accessible parking spaces in the CVG Terminal Garage. You may also use the CVG ValuPark service, as the shuttle driver is able to assist with bags from the car to the shuttle bus, and then again from the shuttle bus to the Ground Transportation West location at the Terminal. Upon arrival at the Terminal, Bags, Inc.'s phone number (1-513-607-3218) is noted at the entrance of the Terminal building to call for wheelchair assistance.

We would suggest parking in the accessible spaces in the CVG Terminal Garage or the CVG ValuPark, where shuttle drivers can assist.
