We partnered with Infotap, a gamified survey platform that collects consumer data through engaging, interactive experiences. Through this partnership, we introduced a new way to connect with our travelers.

We introduced a virtual airport assistant to better support passengers and reduce pressure on staff. The tool now plays a key role in providing easy access to airport information, handling routine queries efficiently, and enhancing satisfaction for both travelers and team members.
Signapse
In partnership with Signapse, we took a step forward in accessibility and innovation. Their solution brings ASL to the airport by displaying welcome messages and general information on screens in high-traffic areas, making it visible and accessible to all passengers.
Aurrigo
We are partnering with Aurrigo to deploy the Auto-DollyTug, a fully electric autonomous tug that is helping to make airport ground operations more efficient and sustainable.
Volan
With the Volan Positioning System (VPS), a solar-powered, AI-driven location monitoring network, we are meeting the latest FAA safety standards, increasing operational control, and achieving significant cost savings.
