We currently have an opportunity for a qualified Senior Sales Support Manager; This CVG based position fills three primary functions:
Support the sales organization through the creation dash boards for tracking revenue by territory and customer Provide WACD, Cognos, SOC, CUT, and falcon data to sales group. Develop marketing materials, digital platforms, etc. in support of promotional activities. Key Accountabilities:
Produce customer reports for Sales team and Sr. Management to include revenue performance for Dom/Intl/USPS.
Provide territory trends for U.S. and Canada for internal DHL sales team and GSA (General Sales Agents)
Develop new marketing strategy to include social media platforms
Manage supply orders to support sales team (phones, computers, office supplies, business cards, etc.)
Assist Sr. Director and V.P. with event planning and promotional items.
Develop, maintain, and update marketing brochures to reflect
Prepare data for presentations for Sr. Sales director
Assist with coverage of Sales Representatives for vacation and travel
Management reporting – prepare the weekly and month end revenue recap for the VP ACS and the Express intercompany reporting
Sales performance – prepare the month end “performance against plan” results and submit the output to ACS management and Payroll
Qualifications - External Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or quantitative business degree; additional degree in Marketing preferred 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or Sales Administration support 2 years of experience in marketing desired Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point), database and web-based applications Highly competent compiling data in Excel, and being able to perform analysis and draw insights. Access, VB, etc. a plus Previous work in a sales / commercial organization desirable Ability to work within a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be adept at presenting ideas and concepts to groups in both formal and informal settings Project management / change management experience a plus Work Authorization:
